The company has implemented an automated system of interaction of departments, which allows our customers to receive any information on the availability and conditions of purchase of any product name existing on the market as soon as possible through managers, that is, not limited to our warehouse and country alone.

To maintain and constantly improve the high level of services required to work with our partners, we are allowed by the high qualification of employees of all departments of the company:

• The training center, where young specialists who have come to our company are trained, as well as current employees undergo advanced training courses.
• Sales departments, which currently have 7 departments. Sales managers undergo regular training and trainings to ensure that our customers receive high-quality service.
• The project department, which employs technical specialists/presales who are constantly taking advanced training courses and are expert in the equipment of all existing manufacturers on Turkish market. Their main task is to provide consultations and select equipment for customers who do not have an exact understanding of what exactly they need.

The company also has a division consisting of engineers and technical specialists who are engaged in:

• Support and deployment of our clients’ IT infrastructure (both complex and separate «lines»);
• Project tasks, ranging from the introduction of new services and server roles or writing software products for certain tasks and ending with engineering work, such as the installation of SCS and power lines, the introduction of fire safety and air conditioning systems and repair work.

We deliver goods throughout Turkey within up to 7 days. And in Istanbul, we deliver within up to 3 days.
You can also order the missing goods in Turkey from the manufacturer’s factory, on time, taking into account customs clearance from 5 to 9 weeks.
