Equipping a conference-room

Equipping a conference room for “Generium” company

The task was to modernize the conference hall. We offered a solution based on the Bosch congress system, 4 Sony videoconferencing cameras, 4 monitors in the center of the hall. All information from the sources is displayed on a laser projector with a brightness of 9500 lm. We also developed a solution for controlling light and climate in the hall based on HDL equipment. Management of these systems, as well as multimedia systems, is carried out using the Kramer panel on the operator's table.

Complex equipment of meeting rooms for “Generium”

For the company "Generium", which is our customer, our company has made a complex equipment of meeting rooms in the office and in production. Poly equipment (сamera, microphone, videoconferencing session control panel) was used as the central equipment for the videoconferencing. Kramer equipment was used as switching equipment. All multimedia devices are controlled by Kramer panels, which are installed in each meeting room. For the convenience of connecting laptops, we have provided architectural hatches in the tables. Also in some rooms, we solved the problem of eliminating sound defects in the room using acoustic treatment of walls and columns. At the entrance to each meeting room, we installed an Evoko reservation panel. Any employee of the company can book a meeting room either using the outlook mail service or manually on the panel itself.

Installing video and audio equipment in the classroom for "Generium" company

For the “Generium” company, which is our customer, our company has equipped the classroom with video and audio equipment. Also, after a preliminary acoustic calculation of the room, we mounted acoustic panels on the walls and columns, which significantly improved the sound characteristics of the room. A projector and a motorized screen are used as a display system. High-quality sound is achieved using six wall-mounted speakers and a passive subwoofer. For convenience, a BOOCO booking panel was installed at the entrance.

There was a task to replace outdated video wall panels by the new Samsung 46 vm46t. The difficulty was that it was possible to work only at night, so as not to disturb the broadcast of the TV channel. We also provided a new bracket for the 9x1 video wall, which is attached to the ceiling with chains.

Equipping of the school assembly hall

In the frames of the complex equipment of the assembly hall, our company carried out the supply, installation and configuration of multimedia equipment, as well as the supply of chairs and motorized backstage. As for the equipment, the Behringer X32 digital mixing console should be paid attention, it allows the sound engineer to create various musical compositions in dynamic mode, depending on the situation on the stage.

Equipment installation for the “Positive Technologies” company

We equipped five standard meeting rooms for the "Positive Technologies'' company. For video conferencing sessions, a Logitech rally bar installed above the TV panels was used. Two TV panels are used as a display system. One is for viewing a remote participant in an online meeting, the second one is for viewing presentation documentation from a desktop computer located behind the TV. The Logitech Tap desktop panel is provided to manage an online meeting.

Replacement of a cross connect cabinet for REHAU company

The task was to replace the cross-connect cabinet with a smaller cabinet, transfer and organize the correct wiring and equipment placement in the new cabinet. Due to the large size of the old cross-connect cabinet and its unfortunate location, as well as due to inaccurate laying of the wire inside the cabinet, the customer experienced malfunctions in the operation of this switching unit. In the process of solving this problem, we installed and transferred the equipment of the old cabinet to a new cross-connect cabinet that is more compact. A router is installed and wire and patch cords are laid with the help of cable organizers. The work was done after the end of the working hours of the office staff, so as not to interrupt the work process during the day.

We had to clean the old SCS wires into boxes and terminate with sockets, where necessary. In addition, it was necessary to install and bring the SCS wires into a cross-connect cabinet, mount a router, an uninterruptible power supply and two patch panels in the cabinet, as well as install a closer on the door. In the course of work, we installed the above equipment, laid a box and laid SCS wires in it, and mounted low-voltage sockets on the base of the box. By laying the wires in boxes and bringing them into a cross-connect cabinet, we not only saved them from mechanical damage, but also gave an aesthetic appearance to the entire SCS system. The work was completed within 2 working days.

Transfer of ACS and installation of SCS for “Platon Group” company

Dismantling the ACS of the old office and transferring the system to the new office. Office electrification, SCS laying. In the process of starting work, it turned out that the scope of work is increasing every day our engineers spend at the customer's site. The number of gates, electrical outlets and lamps has increased. The work was complicated by the fact that the customer's new office was located on the first floor of an apartment building, so the time for noisy work was limited by law. Despite the difficulties, our engineers installed the SCS in a box, in the premises specified by the customer, and installed a Wi-Fi router in the overhead space. Work was done on wall chasing and drilling holes in the walls for electrical outlets. The power supply wires of the office were laid along the grooved channels, the electrical panel was installed and disconnected, and the lamps were installed. Two doors were equipped with a biometric ACS system with an electromagnetic lock and an electric latch. Intercom and calling panels were installed. Two video cameras were installed inside the office. Despite the significantly increased volume of work in the process of fulfilling this application, the work was completed promptly and efficiently.

In a short time, with the help of our partners, we laid from the low-current cabinet of the RJ45 socket to each customer's workplace. The laying was carried out in plastic cable channels. The work was completed in two working days. The customer was satisfied with the work performed and promised to contact us in the presence of the following similar tasks.

Installation of Cisco and SCS laying

The task was to install 17 Cisco access points on the territory of the customer's office, lay the SCS and cross the wires on two floors, in cross-connect cabinets. In a short time, according to the request of the customer, all cable routes were laid behind the false ceiling of the office. Access points are installed according to previously produced radio intelligence and a report on their optimal installation. When accepting the work performed, the following executive documentation was handed over to the customer, namely a cable log with the lengths and terminal elements of all laid routes. All works were carried out qualitatively and on time, the customer was satisfied.

Because of the expansion of the customer's office, it was necessary to install an additional 32 workplaces for employees on another floor of the same building. In a short time, at the time of finishing the premises, 64 twisted-pair wires were laid to the workplaces of the office employees. An interstorey 25-pair telephone cable was carefully laid for analog telephone communication of office employees with the central automatic telephone exchange. Also, each workplace was equipped with two power outlets. All the wires were neatly placed in boxes, sockets for desktops were placed in the same boxes. All wires were centralized in a low-voltage hanging cabinet and embroidered on patch panels. The customer was satisfied with the work performed and promised to contact us in the presence of the following similar tasks.

Installing an access point and low-voltage RJ 45 sockets

The task was to install access points and low-current RJ 45 sockets on the territory of the customer's warehouse. In total, it was necessary to lay 63 twisted-pair wires and connect them to a low-current cabinet. The ceiling height of the warehouse was about 12 meters. In a short time, according to the request of the customer, we laid all cable routes at a height of 12 meters, installed the access points provided by the customer and installed RJ 45 sockets in the places indicated by the customer. In addition, we purchased and installed a low-current cabinet and connected all the wires from the sockets in it and access points.

Installation of surveillance cameras with temperature sensors for the school

Installation of a video analytical system for determining the temperature of visitors. We installed a video camera with a sensor for measuring the temperature of the object in the lobby of the main building of the school. The DVR was installed and configured, the monitor was connected to the DVR. A hidden laying of the “twisted pair” wire from the DVR to the video camera was made. The work was completed in one day. The installed video system made it possible to quickly determine the temperature of all people entering the building, thereby reducing the likelihood of the spread of coronavirus infection on the school grounds.

Without stopping the production facilities of the enterprise, it was necessary to install an IP video surveillance system, install a floor cross-connect cabinet and bring all the wires from the video cameras into it, install a video recorder in the cabinet. To connect the video surveillance system, it was needed to insert an optical wire into the crossover cabinet and weld it in the optobox. 8 video cameras were installed and were wall-mounted and on a bracket. A cross-connect cabinet with an optical unit and a video recorder was mounted. Twisted pair wires were laid from the cross cabinet to video cameras, an optical cable was laid from the customer's node to the optobox in the cross-connect cabinet. Most of the work on laying wires and installing video cameras was carried out at a height of more than 4 meters, and therefore a multi-section construction tour was used for these works. The work was completed within 3 working days.

The task was to install a mobile video surveillance system on the customer's territory to monitor construction sites. A qualified team of engineers in a short time installed and set up a mobile video surveillance system on high-rise structures of the customer. A special sealed cabinet with equipment for connecting a router with a mobile Internet SIM card and one or two video cameras was installed on each of the high-rise structures. Video cameras were mounted in two types: simple cylindrical and rotary. The video signal receiver was a video recorder with the same router equipped with a SIM card. The whole system works as prescribed according to the terms of reference, the customer was satisfied.

In the office being renovated, it was necessary to install two access points of the Perco ACS on the exit doors to calculate the working hours of employees. The customer asked to install access card readers at the entrance and exit of each of the doors. We installed contactless card readers, door unlock buttons and electromagnetic door locks on the doors that were purchased by the customer. The controller that manages the ACS system and the power supply unit were installed in the customer's server room. And also the whole system was configured according to the requirements of the customer. We completed all works in 2 working days.

Our company quickly and efficiently carried out interfaces and installed three turnstiles at the entrance of school No. 10, a metal fence was installed to delimit the passage between the turnstiles. For the convenience of school security, the turnstiles were equipped with joysticks for manual control of the passage through the turnstile. The customer was satisfied with the work performed.
