Replacement of a cross connect cabinet for REHAU company

The task was to replace the cross-connect cabinet with a smaller cabinet, transfer and organize the correct wiring and equipment placement in the new cabinet. Due to the large size of the old cross-connect cabinet and its unfortunate location, as well as due to inaccurate laying of the wire inside the cabinet, the customer experienced malfunctions in the operation of this switching unit. In the process of solving this problem, we installed and transferred the equipment of the old cabinet to a new cross-connect cabinet that is more compact. A router is installed and wire and patch cords are laid with the help of cable organizers. The work was done after the end of the working hours of the office staff, so as not to interrupt the work process during the day.

We had to clean the old SCS wires into boxes and terminate with sockets, where necessary. In addition, it was necessary to install and bring the SCS wires into a cross-connect cabinet, mount a router, an uninterruptible power supply and two patch panels in the cabinet, as well as install a closer on the door. In the course of work, we installed the above equipment, laid a box and laid SCS wires in it, and mounted low-voltage sockets on the base of the box. By laying the wires in boxes and bringing them into a cross-connect cabinet, we not only saved them from mechanical damage, but also gave an aesthetic appearance to the entire SCS system. The work was completed within 2 working days.

Dismantling the ACS of the old office and transferring the system to the new office. Office electrification, SCS laying. In the process of starting work, it turned out that the scope of work is increasing every day our engineers spend at the customer's site. The number of gates, electrical outlets and lamps has increased. The work was complicated by the fact that the customer's new office was located on the first floor of an apartment building, so the time for noisy work was limited by law. Despite the difficulties, our engineers installed the SCS in a box, in the premises specified by the customer, and installed a Wi-Fi router in the overhead space. Work was done on wall chasing and drilling holes in the walls for electrical outlets. The power supply wires of the office were laid along the grooved channels, the electrical panel was installed and disconnected, and the lamps were installed. Two doors were equipped with a biometric ACS system with an electromagnetic lock and an electric latch. Intercom and calling panels were installed. Two video cameras were installed inside the office. Despite the significantly increased volume of work in the process of fulfilling this application, the work was completed promptly and efficiently.

In a short time, with the help of our partners, we laid from the low-current cabinet of the RJ45 socket to each customer's workplace. The laying was carried out in plastic cable channels. The work was completed in two working days. The customer was satisfied with the work performed and promised to contact us in the presence of the following similar tasks.

Installation of Cisco and SCS laying

The task was to install 17 Cisco access points on the territory of the customer's office, lay the SCS and cross the wires on two floors, in cross-connect cabinets. In a short time, according to the request of the customer, all cable routes were laid behind the false ceiling of the office. Access points are installed according to previously produced radio intelligence and a report on their optimal installation. When accepting the work performed, the following executive documentation was handed over to the customer, namely a cable log with the lengths and terminal elements of all laid routes. All works were carried out qualitatively and on time, the customer was satisfied.

Workplaces equipment for “Hexa” company

Because of the expansion of the customer's office, it was necessary to install an additional 32 workplaces for employees on another floor of the same building. In a short time, at the time of finishing the premises, 64 twisted-pair wires were laid to the workplaces of the office employees. An interstorey 25-pair telephone cable was carefully laid for analog telephone communication of office employees with the central automatic telephone exchange. Also, each workplace was equipped with two power outlets. All the wires were neatly placed in boxes, sockets for desktops were placed in the same boxes. All wires were centralized in a low-voltage hanging cabinet and embroidered on patch panels. The customer was satisfied with the work performed and promised to contact us in the presence of the following similar tasks.

Installing an access point and low-voltage RJ 45 sockets

The task was to install access points and low-current RJ 45 sockets on the territory of the customer's warehouse. In total, it was necessary to lay 63 twisted-pair wires and connect them to a low-current cabinet. The ceiling height of the warehouse was about 12 meters. In a short time, according to the request of the customer, we laid all cable routes at a height of 12 meters, installed the access points provided by the customer and installed RJ 45 sockets in the places indicated by the customer. In addition, we purchased and installed a low-current cabinet and connected all the wires from the sockets in it and access points.
